Q: Is Freight Included in Part Purchase? Yes

  • Same day before 3pm CST where available,  Next Day Option and 2-Day Guarantee. ***Additional fees may apply for next day – see our full shipping policy here.
  • After order is placed we send real time tracking information immediately along with a follow up to make sure the product arrived on time and in good condition
  • We ship via Fedex, UPS and regional courier services.

Q: What is your return fee/policy?

Shipping Return: FREE

  • We will send you a call tag if the part is not up to your standards or arrives damaged or unfit for the vehicle
  • If they would like to exchange part due to unforeseen damage or shipping error and we do not have a part available, we will purchase OEM new (for them) to replace
  • We issue call tag same day and return full amount to customer once product has been picked up by carrier (most same day or 72 hours)
