Returns and Credits: 

Original One Parts™ guarantees the fit, form and function of every part.  In the event a part is delivered which does not meet this guarantee, Original One Parts ™ will provide a full refund. Original One Parts™ will make every effort to provide credits immediately in order to assist in shop month-end close but does not guarantee the timing of the credit. Credit memo to be processed as soon as call tag has been picked up from customer and return package can be tracked and verified “In transit”.

PRODUCT RETURNS FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Product returns, if allowed, must be made within 90 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Original One Parts™.
Any return due to the total loss or cancellation of the repair will be refunded in full with a 5% re-stocking fee. *Credit will be issued immediately, unless item is returned in different packaging or damaged a dispute may be filed.

Instructions for warranty product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling. Proof of purchase is required in all cases:

  • If the product was purchased on Original One Parts™ .com email us providing the purchase date, the original invoice number, the item number and a description of the defect.
  • Customers can also call Customer Care at 877.441.0001, and provide the date, the original invoice number, the item number, and a description of the defect.
